About Dunes

Dunes Double Storey Villa is elegant, spacious and appointed with every possible amenity. Dunes also has exclusive use of our huge swim spa, kept at a soul-warming 35 degrees.

It sleeps up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the downstairs bathroom has a large spa bath), with a gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove.

The space

This is the ultimate retreat for families and groups, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and oodles of space.

Styled as a classic coastal villa, it has a gas log fire with back-up split system air conditioning. Instantaneous gas hot water means long, hot showers, and the fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and lounge mean you can eat in or out as you prefer.

Situated just one minute's drive from Port Fairy's cafés and restaurants, the property has manicured gardens on one and a half acres. There's a wide variety of birds and local wildlife, beaches a minute away suitable for wading or swimming, and the Time & Tide Tearooms, with great food and sea views, at the end of the road.
