What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Check-in is self check-in with a keypad.

Where is Ocean Ridge Retreat?

5 Thistle Place, Port Fairy, Victoria 3284. It's one minute's drive from the centre of town and one minute from South Beach.

How many people do the villas sleep?

Dunes and Sails (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) sleep up to 8. Sandpiper and Nest (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) sleep up to 5.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

No, all villas are non-smoking.

Can we hold a party or event?

No, parties and events are not permitted.

Is there a spa or pool?

Dunes guests have exclusive use of our heated swim spa, kept at 35 degrees. Dunes and Sails have large spa baths in the downstairs bathrooms.

Is linen supplied?

Yes, linen and towels are supplied.

Is there wifi?

Yes, free wifi is available in every villa.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, each villa has a washing machine and dryer.

Is it good for kids?

Yes. There is a children's playground in the gardens, and the 2-bedroom villas have bunk beds.

Was Ocean Ridge Retreat previously called something else?

Yes, we were formerly known as Belfast Cottages.

What is the minimum stay over the Folk Festival?

5 nights. Festival dates usually book out about a year ahead. 2027 is fully booked, so contact us to join the waitlist or plan early for 2028.
